Visit the Presqu'île du Cotentin golf course, located at Fontenay-sur-mer near the D-Day landing beaches in an exceptional environment with a view over the Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue bay and the Vauban Towers, registered as a UNESCO world heritage monument! This 5871-metre 72-par course was created by Yves Bureau, renowned architect who has an excellent reputation for his designs and landscapes. It offers the best challenge for golfers of all levels. To make a good score, you will need to manage a great variety of shots and hope that the sea-breeze shows clemency. The 18-hole course takes on a new dimension which will delight all golfers. Flat and not too difficult, the course offers comfort and quality. An invigorating and stimulating experience!

In the heart of the Val de Saire, a region of manors and castles, 5 minutes from the Marina and the beaches, the hotel France et Fuchsias**, rated 1 cheminée by Logis de France, gives you a friendly welcome. This 19th century former coaching house with its magnificent garden perpetuates a tradition of quality. Come and relax in the generous Val de Saire region which excels in the art of cultivating oysters and vegetables as well as in the art of welcoming visitors.

Meals and drinks, transport, rental of equipment, personal expenses, cancellation and repatriation insurance.

Useful information:
A licence is required to access the golf course.To rent equipment, please contact us. The golf course and lessons are available throughout the year, except on 1 January and 25 December 2010. The France et Fuchsias restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in February, March, November and December and on Mondays then Tuesday lunchtimes in April, May and October.
